Terms of Use

These Terms of Use "Terms" govern your access to and use of PenPal AI "Application", "we", "us", or "our". By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Application.

1. Use of the Application

You must be at least 13 years old to use PenPal AI. By using the Application, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Accounts

You may need to register an account to access certain features of the Application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PenPal AI and its licensors. The content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Morocco and foreign countries.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Using the Application in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Application
  • Reproducing, duplicating, or copying any portion of the Application without our express written permission
  • Transmitting any viruses or other harmful code

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PenPal AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Application; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
